Crystal Moses

Crystal Moses is a licensed massage therapist, soft tissue rehab specialist, and certified strength and conditioning coach specializing in neurological rehabilitation and functional recovery. She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University (2016) and completed massage therapy training at Sterling Health Center in Dallas (2021).

Crystal is especially passionate about helping individuals with neurological disabilities—including those living with paralysis—rebuild sensory and motor function and regain confidence in their bodies. Her work begins by identifying where tension is “held” in the nervous system and fascia, and then uses advanced soft-tissue techniques to release restrictions, improve regulation, and create an environment for better movement and function.

From there, Crystal reinforces new pathways through active, whole-body movement. Rather than isolating muscles, she uses functional movement principles that reflect how the human body is designed to move—integrated, coordinated, and purposeful—so clients can translate progress into real-life strength, control, and independence.
